I don't think its possible on ours.
I've seen it on A3 as well. its really bad that its not part of all Audis/VAGs.

Flat tyre warning was not available on our BOSCH ABS/ESP 5.7 as it hadn't been invented.
I don't know if you can change the ABS module for a later one, I doubt it though even though they look similar.

D4 comes with this as standard - doesn't display the pressures but does let you know when you have a flat
