I think this has changed a bit since last week. Would it be worth updating this list and also the locked accommodation thread?

I've booked the Friday and Saturday nights at the Castle, I think we have a larger room on account of needing a travel cot.

Its very simple . . . as per the heading THIS list is for accommodation booked so that we know who is staying where and for how many nights, and was primarily to keep an eye on rooms booked at the castle hotel so people knew how booked it was getting.

The other list is for attendance at the meet and you need to add yourself to both if you are coming and staying!! Simples. . .
