Try a few places - e.g. nextdaybrakes.com. The front calipers are Brembo but the rears are Lucas. Brembo will provide discs for the front (345x35mm) and rear (280x22mm) as well as pads for both though.
Brembo Part numbers are: Front discs: 09.7941.11 Rear discs: 09.7196.10/11 Front pads: P85 053 Rear pads: P85 020 http://www.bremboparts.com/europe/en...ro/000012259-1 Edit: having gone to the site today they seem to have stopped providing the discs!
