Anyone use a Galaxy S7?

You might need to setup a call and then check that the microphone source is set correctly on the phone. I sometimes get weird issues answering a call through my bluetooth headphones, where it doesn't automatically select the headphones as the source.

My wife has an S7 and it seems to work OK with the S5, but I know these connections can be a bit temperamental

I'll have to remind myself when the wife is home - on an iphone it just comes up on the phone screen as one of the hot options once a call connection is made

I'll have a fiddle later when the car / wife comes back.

I'll also try her iphone to see if the car or phone is the root of the issue

Shows live data for all the phone's sensors so maybe the mic sensors are included too.

I just went out to the car and its doing the same thing with Iphone so its car related, It appears that the mic and audio output cut at the same time.

There are no faults logged with the phone module.

Also the speech system doesn't seem to work either and may be related but again no errors in modules

To update this and see if anyone can cast some light into my drakness, Marcin was kind enough to send me a roof control module to test, it didn't make any difference.

So where do I go next?
