Nah, just put it in the dishwasher or washing machine with your usual items and select quick wash !

Just pour a glass of domestos/bleach inside the machine of your choice

Of course you change filter especially that yours has never been done.

I once did that with some hydraulic tappets about 20 years ago - thought they would make nice paperweights. Tried everything to clean the dishwasher and had to buy a new one.
