I need to do this are all d3 locks the same or have they changed over the years

It’s the rear right I need but want to order b4 I take the door apart, there seems to be used from £20 or new from £55 on eBay but not sure if they might be copy parts. Am I better off with used genuine or new possibly copy parts ?

I guess they are an arm and a leg from the dealers or TPS !
