Been a great thread this MJ you do a fantastic job with a keen eye for the little things that all add up to a finished project that you can take pride in.

A bad relay and the aftermarket wiring I think. I've not found a 'smoking gun', just been through the system in minute detail and made sure everything is ship shape, and now its happy again.
