How do you get the bolt out from the suspension guide link?

Hi guys, I am trying to replace the guide link on my front suspension, lower-rear.

I have got a tech manual that tells me to undo the three bolts that hold the subframe and that should lower it enough to get the bolt out. Guess what - no lowering!!!

I have seen someone suggest cuttin the bolt - but how do you get the new one in without using a large hammer?

Any help would be appreciated.
