I did the S8/W12 brakes on mine a few years ago and did the fronts first and the rear the day after. In between I had a test drive and the balance of the brakes was horrible! The car nose dived heavily under braking and if I used brakes in corners, it under-steered a lot. After finishing both the front and the rear, the brake balance is perfect.

Tip, also change to S8 anti sway bars.
