I checked that today and there's nothing on the packing labels,I measured it and its approx 17 mm centre to centre ,I changed all 4 of them today and the old ones were hard and tight ,the new ones we 're slight loose i thought on the valve but when I put valves back in they were nice and tight when I seated them ,they were £3 each approx as Sean had said they are just normal o rings but i went with the genuine as i wasn't able to be sure of getting the correct size

Thanks for getting back, I have a leak on right side Lower left corner
Took cover off & looks like it’s wraped as does not sit flush against a straight line so have ordered a new cover & will change o ring on the solenoid

Correct, that's a pic of one i took out to change oil ring ,i had difficulty getting them out as I didn't want to grip them with pliers so I very gently levered with a screwdriver whilst turning back and forth and pulling them they came out

Thanks S81 appreciate your help, today I fitted a new right side rocker cover which comes with gasket, also replaced o ring on one solenoid one which fits in through the cover but still have oil leak, after closer inspection looks like it’s coming from around the solenoid housing so the o ring a purchased from eBay must have been wrong size. Will have to go to local dealers to get correct o ring.

Just to add the inlet solenoid seems fine/dry
So didn’t see any point in touching that.

My vvts weren't leaking but I have car off road for winter and am doing preventive maintenance as I'm going to drive it over the summer and don't want to be mechanicing then, i have changed rocker cover gaskets( had oil leaking into the plug wells in both sides) ,and vvt o rings (o rings were hard on all 4),and I've removed the manifold and currently doing a carbon clean and few other jobs ,vvts were easy to get at with manifold out
