I know it's hard but you don't ask you don't get. Anyway got VIN from dealer and sent email to Tesla, let's hope they don't come back with some data protection bull**** saying they can't tell me anything. It's Friday so might not get answer till next week anyway.

Tesla can be frustratingly slow at responding on stuff like this - if you find you're getting nowhere then let me know and I can ask in the Manchester store when I'm next in there (probably Monday now...)
