But. I could never have predicted when I was sitting in my D2 S8, outside Waitrose, that the old bird who staggered out and shuffled up to tap on my window, would deliver an outpouring of admiration, love and enthusiasm for my car.
My passenger just looked at me and said 'Do you get that often?'
