Must be me then - saw one on the way back from the airport, D4, all black and I thought it looked very nice - almost stealth like

I dont agree that its an ugly car but its just not very beautiful, it is a wonderful place to be inside which is incredibly comfortable. unless you see it next to another car like an A4 its hard to understand exactly how huge it is though - took this pic last weekend when one parked next to me in Chiswick. . . !!

Now Now

Saw another black D4 A8 (probably the same one...) today on the M62 and didn't look as menacing but still not bad looking IMHO

I saw one the other day in a car park and thought it was a Merc until my son pointed it out as an Audi, have to agree does not have the same appeal as the D2

I love my D3's, but I really do like the D4 too. They are incredible to drive.

I certainly dont see it as the most impressive looks wise, but I have seen one with some sort of sporty dealer upgrade to the front (ABT maybe) and my goodness what a difference. Certainly in the flesh anyway.

Was passed by a D4 '8 LWB in my D3 LWB yesterday.... huuuuge. I WANT!!!!

I did get a little of the green eyed monster.....

But what about the Jaaaag?

I sat in the new XF not the XJ at Audi in Munich and the interior quality of that car was fairly poor, if the XJ is near Audi level of quality then the only thing missing is quattro.

A colleague has a white Jag. I know white is the 'in' colour at the moment but it's nae braw!

Absolutely no room for rear seat passengers and the roofline seems very low at the rear too.

He has 2 kiddie seats in it and they'd be kicking the sh1t out of the front seats!
