This is feckin' rubbish!!!
I have never been able to understand why scumbags do this. What does it give them? Do they get off on it, or are they just mindless to55ers who have nothing better to do?!?!? Hope you both get your mota's sorted, as you must be feeling quite ****e right about now.

Mortified for all involved - I too just dont get what satisfaction is to be gained from damaging someones motor.... Slash the tyres if you must, they're easier to change
 My sister in laws car was keyed a couple of months back, only a 56 plate astra, nowt special, but still they ran a nice mark down both sides for no good reason.....

My bonnet scratch starts at the base of the A pillar on the passengers side, goes all the way down to the front light, then all the way across to the other driver's side. Some of it is superficial, but parts of it are down to the metal. And the passenger's door has been done. FANTASTIC!!!
Feeling pretty low at the moment. I LOVE my A8!! Had a Q7 before, which only lasted 10 months, and then got this. WOW, blew my head off. So comfy inside, and so fast!!! Seen 155 on the speedo once, and you wouldn't know you were doing it. Needs it's MOT this month, and I was gonna get the new style rear lights fitted. Maybe not now, since I have got to spend the money getting it fixed. Trying to keep calm, but if I ever catch the guy who did it, you'll see me on BBC news!!!!! Psyche - near Hamilton.

My keying mark is on the back boot lid of the car about 20inches long. Was parked out side a tescos metro today and caught a few people looking at it when they got round to the back you could see the disappointment & disgust on their face
 Living in London its a miracle I kept it scratch free for so long but I heard the words of a couple of builders a while back who said a car that old had no right being so clean! WTF? So I asked him how old he was & told him stick his other foot in the grave as he had no right to be on this planet; a little extreme I know but he got the message and I was upset then as I am now.

one advantage of living in the sticks I guess.. but then again Rural crime is as bad in some places. I had some little ****es knock both mirrors hard enough to remove the glass from them when it was parked on a street in Morecambe once.. but that is a sh** hole full of special brew drinking wasters in jumped up citroens , so prolly just jealous of a proper car thats not crashed in to halfords to get crap add ons..
