I guess I should be there as it is only 15 min drive but I feel that none of our Audi's S8 or A6 is good enough condition to be displayed for public admiration

In that case I better be there if just to make your cars to stand out more. Now off to weld front bumper and polish the paint. Ohh.. who am I kidding you will be lucky if I wash it.
