I learnt to drive in a Hillman Imp - my mum had 2 of them. Amazing how many people you could get in with the rear seat folded flat! We once got stopped goung to a fancy dress party and the nice policeman made all 8 of us get out - including Dracula and a Roman whore. He laughed so much he just sent us on our way!
And my first car was a 1965 mini which cost £110. But this guy's in Glasgow - we should see if we can arrange a visit?
