How to remove rear seats??

I'm finally going to get around to fitting the ski hatch that I bought from A8Parts 4 years ago (I know...

). Actually going to need to use it in 3 weeks for......skis!

I think Ian sent me a procedure back then, but can anyone remind me please? Do I need to disconnect battery?
