First one looks lovely (not a Final Edition though!) with the best wheels and good history with gearbox replaced but about £1000 too expensive IMO due to mileage and no sat nav - can't see inside but no GPS aerial on boot lid. EDIT: the wheels almost certainly not original spec, so would be asking what happened to the 18" Sport wheels, but if they are genuine Audi FE wheels, then they are worth at least £800, if not more, on their own. Not sure how easy it is to retrofit RNS-D or E without the aerial and gubbins in place, anyone?
2nd looks dull, IMO crap colour & wheels, basic spec, about 700 - 800 too much IMO
I would only be looking at 1st personally and not pay more than 2900 tops
