clicking on quote doesn't seem to work !
does this apply to both the one piece AND the two piece bumper covers ? seems that TL owned a 2 piece which had a bit chopped out ...hopefully he will return on the subject ; I presumed it must be a mistake when they changed the design

My 2002 2.8 had a factory-fitted detachable tow bar and had a slight cut-out on the lower bumper. When I made numerous enquiries for fitting a towbar to my S8, I was told by a few fitters that the Westfalia version did require a cut-out. But Ian is usually right!
 The one I have (make escapes me just now) does not require a cut-out but it is visible below the lower bumper.

as the bumper has to be 'modified ' anyway , am going to see if I can design a repair with a cut out which looks tidy ...making a virtue out of necessity so to speak
