Just found out from this site that there is an "airbag" recall on my car but nothing about the boot hinge. I have now been on the Audi website and requested they contact me regarding the recalls.
I also need to speak to them about a Tracker. There was one fitted to my car from factory and is shown on the build sticker but my local Audi main stealer does not know anything about it. Hopefully Audi UK can help with my request.

On mine the modules are already there. There is two of them. I presume one of them is the battery backup.

All the C5 RS6's came with Trackers, but they were dealer fitted in the UK as far as I know. We once dismantled a D2 with 3 seperate trackers in it as presumably when it kept changing owners, the new ownesr installed a new tracker each time and obviously they kept picking different places

It was David @A8parts that found mine by accident when fitting the DAB module. Didn't know what it was at first but know now.

i was alarmed to find i have 3 trackers on my car and they are all in different locations .. must be due to the new owners not knowing if it had a tracker and then fitting one .that was the same i had no idea untill the DVB-T install at A8 parts .. and then when removing the dash to install S8 clocks another one and then when installing AMI behind the glove box lol should activate all three and tell the insurance company they will think im the most paranoid W12 owner in the country LOL
Darren PM me your vin number and i will find out what you have had done or not done under recall and if there is anything outstanding
