Vacuum Hoses
I've ordered some vacuum hoses from TPS.
The guy came back with about £18 per metre. I asked him if they were gold plated, he didn't get the joke. My question is: Can anyone source this cheaper or could you recommend an alternative? I'd prefer to keep it OEM if possible. Thanks

Unfortunately hose is expensive. Don't know what is going on with TPS last week I got quote for couple of parts from them, it worked out £46, from dealer same stuff £43. Hose comes at £17.15 from dealer. Looks like dealers are cheaper then TPS.

Any silicone hose of the right bore and wall thickness will do. I get mine off eBay. HtH.

Cotton overbraded is available from eBay £ 2.66 a metre just search
1x Black cotton Overbraid Vacuum Hose 3.5mm (VH009) I've also seen it at autojumbles Dave

I've got a bit of the Oem hose left so I'll compare them and let you know. Thanks for the help

I went over the top and got mine from the States.
http://www.bakerprecision.com/hosetech.htm Havent installed it yet as the old ones are still good and some of them were replaced with audi hose.
