Don't quite understand your last line of your post?
£140 is the last price delivered, it's too cheap? Do you mean, you've been offered that and have declined it,or even if you we're offered it, it's still not enough? Apologies if I have missed the obvious

Looking more carefully at the picture I can see that at least 3 tyres are worn on the edge, possibly all 4 and also worn on both edges not just one like if they were run underinflated.
