I too can recommend these guys, though I've yet to take my s8 to them. They did my Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo a couple of years ago, and it sounds great - much deeper and better than the original. I particularly like the way that they carefully consult with you on what sound you want, and then make sure it sounds this way.
The only reason I've not had the '8 done yet is that the old pipe still works - but when it needs replaced, I'm probably just as likely to go to these guys as get a Milltek!
