a bit of and update.
just pulled off the blower motor and it is fine. I can bridge the wires and it comes on. I voltage checked the rest of the wires and I need help with the yellow wire in the picture that I think turns blower on and off and goes to the controller next to blower? should this wire have a voltage coming through it controlling it or is the controller bow next to the blower just stopped working?
