Cheers Ben, I couldn't find the invoice where you wrote it on and didn't want to keep bugging you with texts on your day off! 
I couldn't get the acctuator valve off, its a 13mm nut but my ratchet wouldn't fit  However I managed to get the arm off, so was hoping I could just replace that. It's dramatically reduced power alright, I sometimes have to check if kickdown is working thats how sluggish its feeling. Will get a new one first thing tomorrow and fit it. Thanks.
