Yes it does 2 massive ratchets can lock it every inch or so
i will take some more pics when i take the car off

Very jealous indeed ! Always wanted one of those scissor lifts. They really are a brilliant job and in my opinion much better than a 2 post lift. Would have one tomorrow, only problem is I need to buy a different house. Ha ! Just don't have the head room. Enjoy mate. Excellent good buy !!!!!!
