I've just lifted this from the website

i) Use the postcode L3 4BX, with the following co-ordinates - LAT:53.396007 LONG:2.99118 (all satellite navigation units have this function).
ii) Enter the city as 'Liverpool' and the road name as 'Queen’s Wharf'.

The arena is next to the Albert Dock and it's about 5-10 min walk to the ship.

Hope you find it OK.

Used it today Steve and its great - I was there from about 2pm thro til 9pm and it was only £7 so not bad at all. the only thing to mention is that the entrance to the car park isnt well signposted as it has a lot of building scaffolding and hoardings covering it but as you go into the arena road the car park is right at the roundabout and you will see the barriers.

A big thanks to Mike for our tour today, I have to say you are all going to be in for a treat, absolutely amazing to see parts of Illustrious that not everyone gets to see and learn so much from both Mike and his crews, Im in awe at the scale of it all and at the time that was given over by him to showing us around. We drove from Swindon to Liverpool and back in a day to see it all and it was worth every second - so thanks again Mike!!

Default Revised Directions

Erm... after speaking to Darren the Post Code doesn't work in the '8's so if you follow the signs for the Albert Dock you'll soon find it.

Erm... no 2. When I said it's about a five-ten minute walk from the car park I may have slightly under estimated and it is more like a 15 minute walk.

And I can confirm it is at the rear of the Liver Building.

Enjoy it guys 'cos it's great.

It's absolutely stucking funning! We've not long got back from our visit today (M6 was hell!!)

Mike's knowledge of the ship and operations is amazing.

Make sure you ask about the Olympus engines and the generators!
