Default Sunroof non solar cels s8 question

Hello, my S8 has the classic sunroof, with out solar cels. If i have closed the sunroof with the glass open, no close with the curtain i hear the air like if i have one window a few milimiters open.

But if i close the curtain the noise it goes. This is normal ?. I look the exterior rubers in the roof and it is all ok. Car is only 6 years and 6 months.

I have one Golf GTI MK5 with the same type of sunroof and it is no noise with the curtain open to give light inside the car.

Anyone have the same impression like me ?.

It's posible that the sunroof is a Little unfit or not good adjusted ?.

Sory for my English!!!!.

I guess its difficult for us to say if your one is noisy or not, for me the sunroof is quiet but I have nothing to compare too.

How about trying some tape over the seals for a quick test to see if its quieter?

1. It's possible to adjust the sunroof from inside the car to make sure that it sits level at the roof line - does it sit level when you look at it from outside>

also

2. You may be affected by what I call the "A8 double glazing issue" - because the car is double glazed on the main windows you can hear all other noises in the car much more than in a lot of other cars (including wind noise on the single pane sunroof presumably)

3. The seal itself may be damaged or worn but I would leave this option until you have eliminated others first!

I have D2 to solar roof and I had sunroof trim off to do some testing for solar panel output recently and it certainly sounded like if the door was open. Not sure if it is normal though.

Good night, the sunroof looking from outside is perfectly adjusted. Also de black seals are Ok, looking from outside.

The point 2 is very interesting and have sense, but is strange, no ?. The Audi dealer it will check the sunroof.

The car only has 6 and a half years, the sunroof is strange that is not good adjusted.

Thank you a lot for your responses guys!!!!
