The early projector fogs on the D3 doesn't have a rear cap if you wish to try them. They use an H11 bulb which has good ingress protection, so would allow for a longer bulb such as the LEDs. If you want I could remove one of my projector fogs and photo for you when I'm back home if it's useful.
