Just did some sniffing around on google maps
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/...6369fad6f52a25 It couldnt even be justified by saying the car was in a parent child or disabled parking bay, the Aston was parked at the north end of the car park near the train line. Just a jealous prick and no doubt he will get a small fine and not much else.
