After much toing and froing, I'll be driving from Essex and arriving around midday on the Saturday and have booked a room at a nearby hotel for Saturday night so I'll be attending (plus a friend) and taking part in everything from when we arrive midday on Saturday and leaving on Sunday with everybody else. So that's two for the evening meal on Saturday if its Ok to join and doesn't mess anything up?!
