Default The '8's back!!!!

Picked her up from the bodyshop this evening.

From what I can see the repair looks good but it was dark.

I'll have a better look tomorrow and post some pics up.

I've never been so happy to get a car back in my life (only gone for 2 days). It was an absolute pleasure to drive her home in one piece.

Next up is the MOT on Monday. Let's see how that goes.

Oh, and many thanks to Ian and the team at A8 Parts for sending out the right bits and getting them to me in time (even with Christmas in the way).

A very happy Steve

Default Before and after pics

I got the missus to take a couple of photos this afternoon

Before:

And after:

All sorted and now and looks pretty good I think. The guy at the body shop has kept a bit of paint back to sort out the minor paint blemishes around the car. So It'll be back in next month to complete this. The lower front fog light grill is missing as well but I'll sort that at the weekend.

Oh yeah, 2 pics were taken with an iphone and 2 with an N95. Can you guess which is which?

It was a repair to the bumper but it looks like he's sprayed the whole thing and it's been blown in pretty well.

I still haven't seen it in daylight yet
