My first engine swap after cambelt failure. 1996 4.2 A8SQ - Ming Blue. 178k on a cambelt! Trader's 8. Delivered to A8Parts at Lifex. 2003 2.8 A8SQ - powder blueish. Fill in for a while. Sold on. 1998 1.8T A4 Avant FWD. Ming Blue (there's a theme here), PEX for the 97 S8. And a list of non VAG going back 40 years before I saw the light.

Robert De Niro with a D2 S8... Sounds strangley familiar!
 I'm off to watch Ronin with the HiFi plugged into the TV!!On that note, you need to get the TV hooked up that way and watch the first 10mins of the first MadMax film...... When his V8 Interceptor is dropping into anti-stall before a huge standing start - enough to make you, well, there's no word for it but "moist"!!!!!

That first scene in Mad Max 1 is GREAT!! "with a p.p.p.piece from here, and a p.p.piece from there...." "ya best send a meat truck - Charlie's caught a dinner plate in the throat..." Pure, manly class!! I am the Night Rider!!

There's the Ronin S8 - Citroen XM chase. The S8 is planted and sure footed, There's an inevitability like a big African feline chasing down its next fluffy snack. Predatory sums it up for me.
