Default alarm siren location

i have the dreaded random alarm siren.
reading other posts it probably is a corroded circuit board.
looking at removal and replacement
any idea where it is located ?

there is no mention of deleting any stored codes.
so i presume it will be plug and play.

It is just plug and play, but best to delete the old error code anyway, as it will be one less showing up when you scan the car.

BTW Just about to reply to you and I thought that I'd given you details for the wrong generation of car, as your signature has a 2002 S8, and maybe you had posted in the wrong section. It might be worth updating your signature.
