I need to borrow vagcom lead and cd.
This is taking the mick a little and I know I should buy my own but I need one for about two to three weeks whilst i go car hunting.
I would of course pay postage both ways and make a donation to the beer and stripper fund of any philanthropist kind enough to assist. Thanks in advance. Bill

I have a pukka vagcom lead doing not a lot these days as it wont work with the D3 i've currently got, but it'll do everything on a D2. You just download the software direct from the Ross Tech site.
Not idea whats it worth... £75 ? You can easily sell it on again once finished....

You might as well buy Chinese copy from e-bay to keep. They were sub-£20 I last looked at. And they do almost everything the genuine leads do. Only thing I have not been able to do is to erase all faults at once from automatic scan of all modules, need to go into each ecu separately to clear them.

I'd laugh at myself if others didn't do it so well..
 just found the leads on ebay for eight quid. inc. P&P so may as well try one of those. Needed more sleep when I got up this morning. Though if I want the full version you may get a pm Ian. Bill
