Need a drive belt tentioner ASAP!

My drivebelt tensioner bearing ceased up the other week and it resulted in the wheel going of and so on. But i cant get hold on the wheel with bearing alone, atleast not with my suppliers. And i just came back from my Audi dealer and they said that i have to buy the whole unit with tensioner. And this would put me back over 3500NOK / 650USD. So does anyone here know where i can get the wheel alone? Or if someone have a good used one that i could by. Really caught between a rock and a hard place here :/
