symphony to RNS -c d e retro fit ?

Im wandering if you can change a double din standard bose system for a RNS-C ect or at least any of them with a screen. ive had a verbal deal over the phone with a chap on a nice D2 on LPG but sadly it dose not have any screen and im wandering if any one can point me in the direction of a retro fit ect on this ?
