Default will a4 s4 exhaust fit a8 ?

been looking at the a4 s4 aftermarket exhausts since they are cheap on ebay and I wondered if they would fit the a8?
anyone tried on?

I've not tried no, but would think the mid box would be different, A lot of exhaust specalist's have a pipe bender / flanger and can make stainless tube to suit.

might take the risk and buy it. I have a back injury that dictates what I can do to the car, and to get under the car and start measuring will be a task and a half

It is very unlikely that it will fit without modifications

just looking a rough shape to run along the bottom of the car like the original and will get it plumed in by an exhaust place

Current mods: solar sun roof, 20mm rear spacers, 15 mm on front, red brembo callipers, 6k headlights, rear view camera, engine remap, alloy dash dial rings, alloy navi rings, tt/phaeton pedal upgrade, (and custom matching foot rest) dension ipod interface & parrot hands free kit (both fully hidden), av input, tv in motion switched thro' PF switch in blanking plug right of steering column, Audi 'quattro' sill covers, repositioned centre console switches, radio clock, .
Planned mods: auto-dimming rear view mirror, dash cam (as steamship's), fit the ski hatch, refit philips drl's (or maybe not - nope, definitely not - horrible botch!).

Ok so no it'll be a nightmare to fit. If you look at the 8 one just after the centre box the pipes run to the passenger side of the car at this point you'd need to get those 2 pipes to branch into 4, 2 to go left 2 right. The section that goes to the drivers side has to miss the underside of the car and i doubt that back box will fit.

If you want quad just speak to the specialist and get custom made with tube type boxes to suit.

I have a lot of room under my car since I only have a single exhaust system up until the middle section when it goes into two up to the engine.
