MMMNNN..could be pricey

Just brought a Audi A8 4.2 quattro from a dealer in Exeter but luckily i paid extra for a warranty...now problem.....handbrake was a lill slack when i took her home ..but thought hey ho cant be much...fook me....took it into a garage today they say the handbrake calliper is seized and needs new callipers,new discs and pads....
Callipers...£226 x2
discs........£50.00 x2
pads,,,,,,,£50.00
labour....?????

I went bonkers....phoned the dealer and he was shocked to say the least..(problem i have is i live in thatcham,,150 miles from where i brought it...dealer says."if you were local we would sort it put and give you a curtious car untill its fixed ,but cus you live in thatcham and its 150 miles away its a problem"

Now my predicerment...is the dealer liable as he sold me a car (1 week old) that is not working properley and therefour the warranty will shorley be invalid as they have not carried out correct checks..

dealer says he will phone me tomorrow and discuss my options....
