I think they are called bumper guides.
The things in the boot cubby holes that you do up to secure the bumper to the car. Basically one of mine is broken. It looks like someone stripped all the teeth of the cog. I got a rough idea of how to remove them. Bumper off, lights off and remove the 2 or so Torx screws from the out side that's holding them in. The one that's broken is on the drivers side behind the battery and all the other wires and what not in there. Before I delve in there and break something (like I did this time), is there thing I should know, be careful of or helpful tips?
