Wanted: D3 Rotary Push Button for MMI Control Console

Hi,

I'm wondering if anybody has a spare rotary push button for the MMI control console that isn't worn. Mine is worn slightly... not a massive deal I know but I find it hard to live with this kind of thing.

Some advice on how to get the button on and off without damaging anything would also be greatly appreciated.
