HVAC Fault

At the last scan had this:

Address 08: Auto HVAC Labels: 4D0-820-043-MYX.lbl
Part No: 4D0 820 043 Q
Component: A8-Klimavollautomat D13
Coding: 00081
Shop #: WSC 02314
VCID: 2A501329D632B54EE59-255A

1 Fault Found:
00714 - Centre Right Vent Positioning Motor (V111)
41-10 - Blocked or No Voltage - Intermittent

There's no noticeable problem with the system and 00714 isnt listed in teh RossTech wiki. Any ideas?
