If I'm reading this right, I think what you're after is in the following PDF:
3-Current Flow 4.2l petrol engine CDRA From January 2010.pdf
The 4.2tdi starts on page 30, but the ECU (J623) starts at page 38 through to page 51, and then for ECU2 (J624), it's from page 51 through to page 58.
