David, assuming you know the postcode for the new location, you could try using this site to lookup details for the BT/OR cabinets in the area:

1. Enter your postcode in the relevant field (mine's already there) and click on 'Lookup Post Code'
2. Below the map, click on Locality field. To the right it should give potential speed of line
3. On the next screen, click on the 'All X Fibre Cabinets' to see their locations.
