Nothing is impossible, but I would highly doubt it, as all the electrical connectors on the outside of the car are designed to prevent water ingress. I've used car washes in the past without issue.

If you're concerned that water may have been the issue, I'd check the plenum chamber in the engine bay to ensure it isn't full of water, and I'd also check the carpets in the front to see if any water has gotten into the car.
