You can get heated steering wheels, but going by the original brochure, not for the W12. See page 37 of this PDF:

However, I've seen a comment on the AudiWorld forum of a user saying his W12 had a 4-spoke heated steering wheel, but that might be US specific.
You could go down the retrofit route, but from the following thread it sounds likes a rather expensive option. Maybe a decent pair of driving gloves would be more economical.
