Probably worth starting your own thread on this, as more people are likely to spot a new thread, as opposed to a reply to a thread (where only those who replied to it are notified).
I'd suggest following the instructions given to Ray, with a couple of other suggestions on top. Provide the original scan if you still have it, as well as an updated scan after clearing and driving it. It also helps if you can provide symptoms of the issues experienced, as well as details of anything you've done to try and resolve the issues. The more information you can provide, the easier it is to eliminate possible causes.
