No personal experience of the D4, but this should help. Looking at the images of the boot panel, I'm making the assumption that the unit is placed above where the fridge would fit. That being the case, then the following image should help.



Item 65 is just referred to as a 'cover' but is only applicable to cars with Multimedia in the rear compartment. The part number is 4H0863688A and costs less than £20 new.

As for the back panel, the other two attached images show the two main different versions, one with and one without a section cut out of it. Trim 1 is likely to be what you have, with Trim 2 being what you need. There are also different variants depending on whether the ski hatch or fridge are fitted.
