Three things:
1. Water in the boot lid is most likely a result of water ingress through the light clusters, as over time the seals perish and in some cases the outer lense covering also start to separate from the rest of the unit.

2. Two other possible sources of water ingress are due to blockages in the a/c drains either side of the transmission tunnel and also blocked drains in the plenum chamber. These have been discussed on the forum.

3. If that is the case, it makes sense to correct the date and time so that any errors generated will have the correct date/time, as it's essential to know when it happened. Also, three of the dates in the second scan are after 2003, so this just results in confusion as to what happened and when.

My course of action would be as follows:
. Sort out the date/time
. Go through the process shown in the video to see if the group of modules (07 etc) are selected
. Perform a scan
. Go into each module that has thrown an error and attempt to clear the codes
. Note down any module number that fails to clear the codes
. Go for a drive
. Rescan car
. Post scan along with details of any modules that failed to clear codes as performed above
