New Audi Naming Convention - EV vs. ICE
It appears that Audi is starting to implement another new naming convention, this time for the model name. In the Audi annual media conference, Markus Duesmann hints at what it will entail.
Specifically, EV vehicles will have even numbered names e.g. A4, A6, Q4, etc., and ICE vehicles will have odd numbered names e.g. A5, A7, Q5, etc. Mentioned around the 47:45 mark in the following video: https://www.audi-mediacenter.com/en/...ence-2023-6489
